Thanks to an unwavering dedication to quality and reliability, Nissan saw its full-size Nissan Titan truck rank 7th overall among all vehicles in all segments in J.D. Power’s 2019 US Initial Quality Study.
"It is rewarding to see Nissan's continuous improvement in the J.D. Power U.S. Initial Quality Study over the past several years, and it is especially good to see TITAN and Maxima win their IQS categories for 2019," said Heath Holtz, senior vice president, manufacturing, supply chain management and purchasing, Nissan North America, Inc. "Initial quality is one important metric for our manufacturing team's performance, but the pursuit of excellence across the Nissan lineup never stops."
The study looked at 257 new vehicles to identify the number of problems per 100 vehicles sold. With just 66 problems per hundred, the Titan was by far the most reliable truck in its segment and among all other trucks in the study.
The Nissan Maxima, Nissan Versa, Nissan Murano, and Nissan Rogue also did very well in the initial quality study. To learn more, contact us today at Morrey Nissan!
